Mathematics of Health is a health organization that teach a healthy life style. In this way we teach people practices they do knowingly or unknowingly, and affect them adversely, and these practices are responsible for their multiple health problems. Nauseating aspect of this story is that when the health problem starts, the people sick medical counsel and meditate, taking drugs and not really knowing that there is a dangerous health practice that they engage themselves overtime that caused the health problem. They practice, fall sick and return to drugs, then come back to the same practice and the vicious cycle repeats. Take a wrong posture for example. Somebody is always sitting and crossing legs.

Do this activity.

  1. Sit in your present position and cross your legs.
  2. Breathe in deep. Do not force yourselves,
  3. The breathe cannot get deep into the bottom of our lungs, because no matter how much force we apply, we cannot use more than half of our lungs to breathe in that state of crossed legs.
  4. Uncross the legs.
  5. Put your two feet on the floor and repeat (2) above.
  6. One will notice a difference in breathing. The entire lung can be filled and deflated with air.

The practice unknown to many and wrong is in their posture. The way they sit down. So many people sit in the wrong positions and cross their legs.Worst still, some will be shaking the legs continuously in their sitting position. We are supposed to be resting in our sitting positions. However, many people do more work when they are in their assumed resting positions or break from work. They cross their legs and are not breathing adequately in those hours of their rest. Imagine, they did more work in their rest time. The danger is that these people did not actually rest in their assumed rest or idle time. They worked all their life using half the volume of oxygen their bodies really required. They shall have half the bottom most part of their lungs sapped and diseased. Which shall be spreading therefrom as the practice continues. All oxygen starvation diseases: failing organs, respiratory inadequacy, partial and full stroke shall plague their health. When all these problems starts, they shall approach it wrongly, taking meditations and not stopping the above mentioned practice. Returning to these practices in the ill state of the host is more dangerous, which is why we see many people who are dependent on drugs degenerate faster. What a world? They are fast growing older. Time is just the difference if this person does not know the real source of sickness and sop the posture of sitting and crossing legs, he will invariably die after some time. .
